The prices for their equipment are no better or worse than the competition. My wife was quoted $35 as a delivery charge (we’re less than 3 miles from their store) when phoning in her order. When the delivery showed up, the invoiced amount was $45. After calling to question the charge, she was basically told ‘too bad, that’s what it is.’ Then after the event, they took three days to pick up their equipment. So, they overcharge to bring their items to you and then use your backyard as a storage area until they need their crap to rent to someone else. Their $10 overcharge and their screw-you attitude has given them a 100% guarantee that I won’t be bothering them any more with future business. BTW, the two other ‘reviews’ here smack of shameless self-promotion, i.e. “I have reviewed myself and found that I am outstanding!” There are plenty of places to rent beat-up, one-time use equipment. Shop around.
